If you experience a power outage:
Call 9-1-1 for any emergency help
First, check your breaker box or fuse for tripped circuits or blown fuses. If they are okay then see if neighbors have power. This would confirm if an outage has occurred in just your residence or within the neighborhood area.
After performing the steps above, report your outage to the PEPB 24 hour Customer Service Line: 270-365-2031.
Turn off all electrical equipment to prevent overloading the system when power is restored. Turn on one light so you will know when service is restored.
